1. Who we are
eurogodo.store is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at connect@eurogodo.store or by phone at +44 7451 259861.
2. What we collect
- Identity & contact data: first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number provided through the intake form.
- Engagement data: the package you select, notes you add to the intake form, communications you exchange with us.
- Document data: any documents you upload or share to enable our document audit, consultation, or mobility package services.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe and PayPal; we receive only confirmation of payment status, not full card details.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the site secure.
3. Why we process your data
- To deliver the advisory services you purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- To respond to your intake form submission (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- To protect our legitimate interests, including fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
We retain engagement records for the duration required to provide our services and to satisfy applicable Polish accounting and tax retention requirements. Documents shared for advisory review are deleted on request and, in any case, within a reasonable period after the engagement closes.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate eurogodo.store — including secure email hosting, payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), and video consultation platforms — under appropriate data protection agreements.
6. International transfers
Where our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms to safeguard your data.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties;
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data;
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format;
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) at any time.
8. Cookies
eurogodo.store uses only strictly necessary cookies to deliver the website and remember your session preferences. We do not deploy advertising cookies.
9. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles — to protect your personal data.
10. Contact
