1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing eurogodo.store, completing the intake form, or purchasing any package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Governing law
eurogodo.store operates under Polish Law. All engagements, disputes, and interpretations of these Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent Polish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
3. Nature of services — informational and advisory only
eurogodo.store provides purely informational and advisory services. We deliver expert guidance and legal document preparation advice. We do not:
- Submit applications to Polish authorities on your behalf;
- Represent you before any consulate, Voivode office, or court;
- Provide sworn translations or notarial services;
- Guarantee any specific diplomatic, administrative, or consular outcome.
Decisions on visas, permits, and residence cards are made exclusively by the competent Polish and EU authorities. Our advisory work is designed to improve the clarity and quality of your submission — not to replace the discretion of those authorities.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documentation. You confirm that all documents you share are either owned by you or shared with the consent of their rightful owner. You accept that the quality of our advisory output depends on the completeness of the materials you supply.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing a package, you agree to the applicable processor's terms. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes where required.
6. Intellectual property
All written materials, reports, roadmaps, and templates produced by eurogodo.store remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own relocation matter. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish Law, our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, missed deadlines caused by third parties, or administrative delays.
8. Termination
You may terminate an engagement at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on eurogodo.store at the time of your purchase governs your engagement. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
