1. 14-day refund window
Every package sold by eurogodo.store — including the Express Document Audit (€214.90), the Strategic Consultation (€249.90), and the Comprehensive Mobility Package (€864.90) — is covered by a 14 calendar day refund window beginning at the moment payment is successfully captured.
Within that window, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, for any reason, provided the exclusions in section 2 do not apply.
2. When refunds are no longer available
To protect both clients and our practitioners, refunds are not issued in the following scenarios:
- Express Document Audit (€214.90): once the written compliance PDF report has been dispatched to your nominated email address, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available.
- Strategic Consultation (€249.90): once the scheduled 60-minute video consultation has started, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call may forfeit the session at our discretion.
- Comprehensive Mobility Package (€864.90): once any consulting hour has begun or the first digital roadmap document has been dispatched, the engagement is considered active and full refunds are no longer available. Partial pro-rata refunds may be assessed on a good-faith basis at our discretion.
3. How to request a refund
Submit a written refund request to connect@eurogodo.store from the email address associated with your order. Include the order reference, the package purchased, and the reason for your request.
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days and, where approved, return funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times outside our control (issuing bank, Stripe, PayPal) are not part of this window.
4. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback through Stripe or PayPal, we ask that you first contact us. Most disputes can be resolved directly, faster, and without involving the payment network.
5. Nature of the services
eurogodo.store provides expert guidance and legal document preparation advice. Refund eligibility is based on service delivery — not on the diplomatic, administrative, or consular outcome of any application, which is decided exclusively by the competent Polish or EU authorities.
